Innovation kitchen


Starting about a week ago, the Innovation Kitchen at the Hub is going to be open until midnight! After many complaints from students about late night options after night classes or rehearsals, the dining team finally decided to extend the hours on innovation kitchen form 8pm to midnight, it's a large jump but no one is complaining. They currently have the Mac and cheese bar and I have to say, it was a good move to extend the hours. I see a ton of students in that line around 10 pm after a long day. Purchase students look forward to more improvements to the dining services here on campus.

    Thank god they are doing this, I had no idea until reading this, but I've seen students eat vending machine food for dinner because the dinning hall hours are so limited. Good thing students a fuel up during finals week after night classes. Informative post!
